One of only two early 20th Century houses known to have a unique plan with four rooms arranged around a cruciform circulation space, the project to renovate and extend this house led to the addition of a new delicate wood louvered and glass volume, similar in proportion to the main volumes of the original house, but totally disengaged from it.
